Meet Timo, a composer, music producer, and audio engineer.
With a degree in Music and Technology from HKU, Timo has honed his craft in producing and writing music for various media and pop music genres.
His portfolio includes compositions for film soundtracks, commercials, and pop albums, showcasing his versatility and creativity in music production.
Timo’s passion for music and education has led him to become an educator in the fields of songwriting, music production, and media composing.
With experience teaching in a variety of settings, including an internship in Ho Chi Minh City where he taught music production and created educational videos, Timo learned to break down complex concepts and make them accessible to students of all levels.
As a teacher assistant for a music production analysis class, Timo gave classes on how to analyse the production of a piece of music, helping students understand the intricacies of the craft.
Additionally, during his bachelor’s studies, Timo followed a honours track in education, further refining his skills as an educator. Whether teaching high-school students about podcast recording or providing one-on-one coaching to aspiring musicians, Timo’s passion for music shines through in all that he does.
